Hello!

I’m Ashley. I’m a natural light, lifestyle photographer based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I love capturing the raw, emotive and candid moments between people. I’m about capturing the feelings of the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I loves smiles, but I don’t require them in my photography. 

My passion for photography began at a very young age. Over the years this passion has only grown as I have learned and further developed my skills. 

Part of my inspiration to pursue photography is the concept of “Kairos” (καιρός), an ancient Greek word which means, “the perfect moment or timing, the opportune moment, the fleeting moment, that comes and goes in the blink of an eye, which must be seized and not let go.” This is what lifestyle photography is to me. Although there are certain moments which we can’t get back, they can be preserved through photographs.

As a mom of three, its a rare occasion that I actually get to be in a photo with my family! I certainly value the beauty of a photo where all the family members are present.  As life progresses forward, I believe its so important to have photos to look back on to remember the many stages of life.
